Don't get fooled..................................
Trevali Sanander property, peer to Caracara's Princesa , are currently finalizing construction of a plant, and will start production soon. Trevali has a market cap of $176M . Caracara's Princesa property has a $175 gross metal value per ton =$805,000,000. Looking at the fact that the Trevali Sanander property is only months away from production, and that Caracara Princesa property host a very similar resource, makes me much more confident of my large position in Caracara. https://www.caracarasilver.com/report/june_7_%202012.pdf(Very hidden on Cara's home page)

As well as the fact that the share structure is so tight(Pinetree Capital, Sheldon Inwentash, Robert Disbrow, Sprott Capital, Coeur D'Alene Mines Corp, and company president Nicholas Tintor) accounting for 30M shares. Then you take into account that financing was done last fall at ....45 cents for 16M plus shares, and adding the holdings of ls5513 and myself, this stock is so tight, but people are not seeing the huge potential for a home run here! These guys are doing a serious shake of the tree, chasing away all impatient, week shareholders.(Greedy pigs!) Look at what Ansue Capital gave up to Southern Andes to have this puppy rolled into their cpc. Ansue principles and share holders were left with only 4% of the outstanding shares for Caracara(Ansue shares were rolled back 3-1) as well Ansue insiders received options to purchase shares at .50 cents per share of the new company (Caracara) and this was after Ansue raised over $6M that they just handed over to Caracara's management? Why? Either Ansue principles were not in a right frame of mind, or they felt there was some serious potential as they absolutely gave away the farm! All said, I look forward to a big steak dinner and drinks to celebrate this one, just a matter of time.
PS don't get fooled. Remember the end of the day trade November 26 for 495 shares sold by Haywood Securities knocking the price down, on a up day with strong volume, well here's my take on that trade, Robert Disbrow Vice President of Haywood Securities owns 7M shares of Caracara.
Don't let these guys steal your shares, as with patience, shareholders will be paid in multiples of current share price!
