 Sure hope you are right about "Joe" checking out---that is the best part-- that loser has been real downer for what--almost 2 years now.

Now, as for the next line...............   22 - Disposition pursuant to a take-over bid, merger or acquisition

This should get interesting........possible Halt coming??????
