It's not that high really if you check LEG's 13%+ that's scary, no wonder LEG's SP got beat down at every turn.  Anyway, if you sign up for a margin account and owns DTX that means the bank can lend your shares out for shorting.  They can't if you own the shares outright.  Margin accounts are indirectly helping the shorters to bring down our SP.  

 

Well, I see we have another one of those customary Monday selloffs (or first trading day of the week, if Monday's a holiday).  Why on earth the MMs pick Monday?  This has to be the most predictable market moves by now for the past few months.
