Seems to me that Schedule B of the offtake could be released now that the deal is going through. I understand why we wouldn't want the competition to know before we sign, but now shareholders should know what we've agreed to.

 

I disagree. If you're management, would you disclose this information? I certainly wouldn't. It's very material to the value of the company, whether it's a potential buyout or to a future customer for the remaining 10% of the production.

 

I'm a bit surprised that no one has posted anything regarding the start of the decline at the mine. I think this is very significant. It shows management's confidence in the IMC deal and the pending loan. Having sixty plus workers on site and with only $5+ mil. cash, one has to be insane to commit to the blast unless they were extremely confident that the JV and the loan are almost a sure thing.
