RE: State of Union Funny enough, I've talked with several of my buddies at Arcan in the last few months and they currently believe that they are in a fantastic position and the market is unfairly punishing them. I heard it was the Ed, Ian, Doug and Andy team that collaboratively turned down the offer last year. They were holding out for $15 right? Well, half that team is gone and Penner's leadership skills are not enough to turn anything around. I do believe he is being bent over backwards by his engineering team and it's beyond me why they haven't moved on and created a new Dream Team. One that is actually knowledgeable and effective?? Who brought in those engineers anyhow? It seems, since that announcement of the new team 18 months ago, not a single Press Release has been accurate?
