No Problem With Merger I don't see any problem with this merger (takeover) with Astral. Actually I think OREX made a great deal. They got property in BC with at least 38,000 ounces of gold in the ground which at todays prices is worth over $64 million. Plus some promising land in Mexico all for about 3 million shares. The only problem I have with OREX and most other juniors is their inability to raise capital. Investors just don't seem interested in gold exploration companies right now BUT that will change shortly and these stocks should at least triple in value from here.
