Rye Patch has the superior claim.  In terms of the outlying, undevloped areas, it is a slam dunk.  In terms of Rochester, I still think we have the superior claim, but there are thorny legal issues related to the huge capital investment that has taken place. 

My guess is that CRI's request for a delay is really an order from the judge to settle this out of court.  If the parties cannot reach agreement, it wouldn't  surprise me if a mediator was forced on them.

That whole 'special master' b.s. was a huge waste of time.  This should have been settled long ago.
