RE: NOTHING TO PUMP BUT REALITY

RE: NOTHING TO PUMP BUT REALITY

One of the things I have observed over the years is how as soon as a stock goes public, how quickly it is separated from the company itself. The stock trades up and down for reasons that often have little to do with what is actually going on within the company itself until there is a major news event. This can drive short term traders nuts when for internal or strategic reasons a company decides not to keep putting out news releases in order to pump the stock. The question we should all ask ourselves is who to trust, the short term trader who cares little for the company itself, or the long term investors and major shareholders who support the company's business plan and care about creating shareholder value from within.

The Junior market has a large number of promoters and shysters who pump their stocks in order to get pewople to give them a little more money to drill some more holes. We don't have that case at LVN. We have the cash to do the work that needs to be done, so why waste money promoting the stock so that short term traders can play the market? I can't for the life of me understand why a short term trader would even want to play in this arena, it is simply not a good choice when there are so many good trading choices available.

I look at this like a real estate development project for condominiums:

1. Does he developer have a good property?

2. Does the developer have a sound building and architectual plan?

3. Does the developer have the financing  in place?

4. Does the bulider have the necessary permits and support from the local community and government agencies to build the project?

5.Is there a market for the condos once they are completed?

6. Has construction commenced?

In our case, the answer is yes to all of the above. We can't sell any condos until we get to the equivilent of a preliminary feasibility analysis. Which is like getting occupancy occupancy permits fromthe city after the work has been done. I'm surprised that many investors can't see this for what Banx calls "Reality", which of course is what it is.
