I do agree with u (in part).  I have been into DMM for several years and decided to forget about this play. Your estimations looks reasonable. For now, I would still give 0 value to other properties. It is now the time management proves us they can profit on this small scale mine. At least they managed to keep the share count tight.  If gold shoot up as you say this could easily be $6 stock.
