For the record, the Guando field is 140MM bbls +/-.  If this one flows commercially and is anywhere near as big, it is a huge hit.  This is exciting news IMO.  I guess either no-one agrees with me, or no one cares until it actually flows (or they know something I don't)  Then they also have the shale sections as well (500 ft net), likely an even larger aerial extent.   Actually, I think it may have somthing to do with the complete unknown of this play type in this area... i.e no one knew it was here and the closest analogue is Guando (there are no others), so no one knows what to expect.

So you get a shot at commercial flows at Dorados, CPO-5 drilling, Tacacho and the various smaller assets for about $25M ??? (the amount they are trading above cash value). 

 

I guess we will see one way or the other in the next 4-6 weeks.
