PBN sets up nicely

PBN sets up nicely

PBN sets up pretty nicely here. They have to strech a little more than last year to make their guidance but they should be able to do it. 100 wells to add approximately 10000 boe/d, really shouldnt be much of a problem. Might even be able to come in above the low end of the range.

Same old story with PBN, can't get out of the penalty box, cheap comparitively. If I were a long term holder(which i'm not) what i would be concerned about is what is the next resource play going to be? Their position in the Duvernay and Swan Hills is pretty weak. Alberta Bakken is already all staked out.

Maybe they wait and see if crescent point goes for Dethree instead of arcan and/or scs and then PBN tries to pick them up and issues some equity to cover all the debt they'd assume with it. It's really doubtful. I think CPG will get all of the above.

Regardless of the long term, market should rally the next little while and petrobakken will do well in a rally.
