1. Could someone please post a link to the (more than 14 page) renewed motion?

2. Either way judge Hilton decides, can his decision go back to the Appeals court - another year? That would explain recent trading.

3. My understanding (from previous posts by others) is that infringers of  patents are only responsible for damages for the period after which they are first informed that they are trangressing. When do ONE's patent(s) expire?

4. Considering the of overturn of his last decision, it might be safe to conclude that the the complexity and nuances of this technolgy exceed the judge's expertise, in which case the next decsion could go either way, "fallacious strawmen" notwithstanding.
