Prices are up for 3 reasons:  1) very positive permits and starts report from the US today      2)  ANS earnings on 10/26 will be excellent, based on last quarter's higher OSB prices    3) 2013 housing in US wil be much better, particularly with Obama and Romney pushing "jobs."
