If you read the press release for silver

If you read the press release for silver

backed funding and the recent funding press release you will see a significant difference in language where one could conclude that major dilution is on the way because in the case of "silver backed" they called it "notes" however on this one they are calling it "private placement" and "units" which i think that could be one of many reasons that the market is discounting it and thus the steep decline in the share price....also the "segregated account" that the latest funding is going into is  to be used specifically for segovia i suppose, it makes me think that marmato will remain a challenge to complete and perhaps difficulties in getting the project started and that is perhaps the reason institutions that are funding  are saying is that they don't want money to be wasted on "any other project" except segovia and that thought would be very unsettling to me since i'm still convinced the medoro merger was too soon and ever since the merger with madoro which had marmato, the stock has taken a severe downturn as if the investment community just did not like that transaction....obviously IF they complete the business plan I believe in the long term the company should do well but i personally do not have much faith in the short or near term and if the funding happens to be highly dilutive then a future reverse split (again) can not be ruled out which is simply put and awful thought....this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to d your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions and i could very well be wrong this time.....but please let me know what you posters think
