Maybe in the end, what is the company worth? Gross margin is $1,000,000/year. How much will someone pay for this revenue stream. Processing division, they say $8 million, but probably less after a hard sell. So there's enough to pay off the debt holders and maybe something leftover for shareholders.

 

If the company is sold, probably will be for shares in the acquiring company and not cash. Maybe Aeroplan themselves will buyout Futura. I believe there's still good value in the company. But management can't simply sell a part to pay a few debt holders, without affecting the whole structure.

 

Can't do much now as shareholders, but wait and see. Negative cash flow is not good. Reducing general and admin expenses must be done.

 

And I did not sleep well yesterday, now what about tonight.
