Makes it much, much easier for the typical U.S. investor to buy the stock when it trades with a pseudo-symbol on the Pink Sheets. Otherwise they have to buy through one of the specialty brokers such as Pennaluna or have a "global" account someplace such as E*Trade or, now, Schwab.
