RE: Funding track.... Sqr, there were 8,621,380 issued CDIs in Australia, but according the the latest 3B, there are only 4,723,407 CDIs outstanding at the end of September.
Given that the new Shareholder Rights Plan (poison pill) will not offer any "rights" to holders of CDIs unlike what will be offered to BNC holders of Common Shares in the event of a take-over offer, I anticipate that more and more Australian shareholders will request that their CDIs be transferred into BNC common shares in Canada.
A new Appendix 3B will be issued early in December and the next in early January.
I wonder how many CDIs must remain in Australia before BNC gets delisted from the Australian Stock Exchange.
