RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Interview longchris, Lumina acknowledges on its own website about the environmentally protected salar. Obviously, there is a lot of stuff to read on that website and it takes time to read it all. So anybody who has not taken the trouble to at least read some of it will not know that.
I don't know the history of when the salar was protected. So I can't answer your salar questions. If I attempt to answer that I would only be speculating. What I have seen with other claims is that the government just drew claims on a map and made it clear that if any environmentally protected areas overlapped those claims that they were still environmentally protected. Ofcourse, environmental protection can be introduced at a later stage and can also be withdrawn depending on what governments decide. But I can't tell you what has happened in this case or what will happen as far as the environmental protection is concerned. What I can guarantee is that you can't dump tailings on environmentally protected land.
When somebody puts words in to my mouth I usually respond more assertively. If that continues my assertiveness escalates. If someone continues to speculate when I already know the facts I justifiably lose my patience. I did the research. Why can't they? Why does all the informed research come from me and all I get in return is speculation?
The JV is going to happen. There's nothing in the world that anybody can do to change that. It's a fact that has not yet been press released and that has not been mentioned in any formal capacity. Now start thinking about how you can benefit from that knowledge instead of speculating. That knowledge has cost me a lot of time and money. I've given it to you for free. It's up to you how you use it.
