the construction permits in the US improved and i personally think it should be doing better from here....but on the fair side, the share price did perhaps go too far down....i always thought 0.35 to 0.38 was the fair low price but instead it collapsed down to 0.06 so clearly in such a case the bounce will be significant...i've owned it for almost 2 years and i think turnaround seems to be in sight......this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions
