RE: Mark Plaxton this is pretty simple fellows: stop making it complicated.
Plaxton sells shares at .055 or higher in the marketplace-uses the procceds to buy .05 PP for the company.
Plug in a y number you like, but the first number will ALWAYS be higher than the second number
The company needs the money for both drilling and opertations-so what is happening really is an extraction of funds from current shareholders or new buyers of aleady outstanding NWM stock which proceeds are being used to fund the PP to provide funds directly to NWM. Its just a big circle jerrkk with exsiting shareholders getting hosed. This will continue until they finally learn how to ramp up the production to its stated capacity, which is approximately 30,000 ounces per year. If they hadnt screwed it up three times already because of their lack of funds/experience/management expertise we would be there already-withut the issuance of hundreds of millions additional shares. But that is life in the bush leagues, ladies and gentlemen.
Plaxton net position remains the same (but for the free shares), and , he earns fees and free shares.
The existing shareholders eat dreck. Welcome to jr. mining stocks
