Hi Lirpa - offices all closed here at the moment - heard about the PP from a local broker - but she was pretty vague - thinks its at, or in, the 40 cent range - don't know if there is a warrant associated with it (there probably is as that is their past pattern) and don't know how much it would be if there is one - my best guess based upon their previous pps is about 5 - 10 cents above the PP - I couldn't find anything on their web site either and so I am just going by what I read here for the most part - I would guess they need more $$ for the litigation given the timing of this
