I'd venture to extrapolate that the TER situation will end happily - TER is in talks to be acquired by a public O+G company, who I can only assume, will honor the SND stream.  Big win for SND shareholders.  The two oil pools are expected to produce ~1,000 BOPD each.  1,000 BOPD x 350 operating days x $75 netback ($90 oil - $15 purchase cost) x 20% interest (25% interest in one, 15% in the other) = ~$10 million cash flow / year

 

Even if they only produce half that, we are still looking at $5 million cash flow / year for 10+ years from a $15 million investment.
