Look at the chart. World Economic Growth will continue to rise through 2016 and many years beyond. Tungsten prices and the WOF stock price will continue to rise if World economic growth continues. Key word here is WORLD ECONOMIC GROWTH. You keep point out fluctuations in growth in the US but you failed to mention the huge growth in rapidly growing countries which have higher growth rates now.
