RE: Coordination

RE: Coordination

Timing of the press releases is odd but I personally am not bothered by it. After all, a Lumina press release is likely to have a much bigger impact than a Cascadero press release. I guess we'll find out soon enough. But also many people will only find out about this overnight tonight since many investors only get the news when they get home from their office.

Maybe the LCC press release will reveal what LCC considers to be the advantages of the JV. I think that LCC will continue to play its cards close to its chest. That is after all the prerogative of all businesses. LCC was the minority shareholder of one of the adjacent claims. In the JV they are equal partners. That's a step up for Lumina. Also, it will be Lumina's exploration teams that do the exploration.

Cascadero Copper owns 50% of Salta so it only has to pay for one quarter of the exploration expenses. It's a 50/50 joint venture between Corrientes and Salta. Lumina owns 100% of Corrientes. It's not a very expensive joint venture. Very affordable in fact. I would suggest too cheap to pass up.
