panic buying last Friday

panic buying last Friday

I noticed McQuarrie did some panic buying last Friday, running the bid up to .18, on a few hundred thousand shares, before getting what they wanted.   Then backed off.  This was really an anomaly for this stock, especially over the last 3/4 months.  Anyone got any ideas what that was all about??  Does McQuarrie know something?  Did they have a deadline?
