merliar don't consider you are a hero, if you are that good you would have made big fortune somewhere out not sitting here bashing a penny stock hopelessly everyday and 80% of your guess were wrong, people here only consider you are an idot, don't say "i told you..."  if any one followed you he would miss big profit since you showd up bashing at 9c sp went up 50%,

itis normal for a stock  moved up fast and fulled back a bit, aoi jumped to 10 then fulled back to 7 and now back to 10 again,  smb not mention the financial  term i guess they are in negotiaion with the bank so can't release it publicly but they did disclosed it to the chad gov so the chad gov has confident that smb can find cash to fund the projet and they agreed to sign the paper.....
