my guess ...it was the old runup where brokers buy and sell to each other to run up the price .......and then short it when they are done ................. you can do it with a small float  ......... this company is still in elephant country ......... .....is high yield debt better  or share issaunace .... guessing if there was a share issuance its around this price , which might explain the drop
