Yes it does look like is tightly held...I sometimes have to question if the project is way above "their" paygrade....its like a small dog finding a dinosaur bone...there is a HUGE disconnect between the fundamentals and the share price and if we are to believe this is tightly held then one would have to assume the share price rise would be (or would have been) swift however the offers on the ask are mounting with very little volume which it makes me think that "they" have great fundamental delivery capabilities but not public company management abilities......this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions
