Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

In my previous post, I did not mean to preclude the possibility of a JV or farm-in at Clearwater per-ERCB decision. And keeping with the speculation theme, it's also possible someone big is trying to keep the SP below a dime to sabotage the rights offering.
