It's hard to say if they would accept a takeover.  Obviously they have had trouble doing financings.  I'm not sure how much the owners actually have personally invested.  It's a good question that I'll do some research on and get back to you.

i've been in this play for a couple of years and am definitely disappointed but then I'm pretty much disappointed with how most of the junior resource stocks have done in the past 18 months.  I don't have one in positive territory.  I think SOH has suffered along with the rest of them.

Having said that, there has been almost no guidance from management and I wasn't impressed when the postponed the AGM.

It's not worth it for me to cut my losses at this point so I'll stick with them and see what they do as the junior market recovers.
