I'm confused what avenue you think the "dearly departed supporters " have at this point? Why do you not realize the dearly departed lost their takeover attempt and the current slate of board members are the future of this company (regardless of what you may think of them.) What possible avenue do you think the dearly departed have at this point to oust current management?

Give the current board a chance this year and don't just assume their only interest is to fleece investors ... I certainly don't believe it is.
