RE: RE: RE: RE: 70M Warrants to Sprott????

I  am not sure if the warrents can be repriced. That would be non- beneficial  to he current shareholders as many have purchaed this stock based on 389 million shares and a market cap of 130 million dollars knowing that the majority of the 200 millon warrents will not get exercsed unless the stock trades above $2.60.Why would the company dilute itself for no reason. They don,t have to as the warrents were priced at $2.60 as the stock was close to $2.60 at the time of the warrent pricing. The stock price is at 15% of what it was so to roll back the warrent price just does not make sense for the company and its sharehoders.I personally think that SPROTT and FLATIRON are positoning themseves in anticipation of a takeover of GCM.,If GCM gets bought out, the warrents will go up in value also and they will also have another bonus of exersising the warrents for more profit above $2.60.Some of these warrents may be exersisable below $2.60 (not Sure how to find out)THOUGHTS!!!!!
