NZ, nice post.  Just would like add that NW pays more than average for top knotch talent.  This is hyper important when the number of employees is in the low two digits (currently around 17-19).  I find it very hard to trade either Sandstorm (especially SAND) because we are never more than a week to a couple of months from a new announcement (PR, earnings report, financing, etc.) that could propel the stock price much higher virtually over night.  I travel a lot and simply can't and don't want to follow the share price during all market hours.  Instead, I'd rather just look at the 3-5 year plus plans and potential and try to time further purchases in both Sandstorms.  Currently, I rate both Sandstorms as BUYS, but I am clsoe to flipping to a strong buy on SAND/SSL if we see any significant further weakness either before or after the upcoming Q3 report.  GL
