Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Agree agree and agree !

JL failed to give some value to the coal asset . In fact he show how much he is unable to sold our coal production by shuting down operation at Ulan-Ovo. When I invest in PCY it was because of the huge coal asset they have. Now I think that if Power plan project fail we will be in big trouble. Hopefully they have NKL. For now it's the only asset market are pricing.

JL could dump his share at .13 as long that he have stock option to buy back his share at a low price. It is risk management.
