Diamond, even though the Liberals started the income trust fiasco the Conservatives under Your beloved Harper finished the job under the supervision of Flaherty.  So it wasn't stolen by the leftist but the Neo Cons = Harper for your info and yes I too paid for it !!!  Now as far as pensions are concerned, who caused the debacle in 2008?  Again the Neo Cons of course with their unbridled hairbrained de-regulation (started with R Regan and the finances of the US went downhill ever since).  So don't give me that nonsense of the "Utopian Leftists"  which we never had here in Canada nor in the US.  Europe is a bit different but let's just say that the emphasis is more on quality of life, i.e. working to live and not  living to work.  But you're so brainwahsed that you wouldn't understand that so I am likely wasting my time an breath on You.  The crime of the honest working people is creeping inflation devaluation of the fiat currencies and the erosiion of the Middle Class by inflating away slowly the social benefits so many of us rely on, including pensions.  Copenhagen was another one of Harpers "specials"  Canada is no longer looked up to internationally on environmental matters as well as within the UN and as I can see it we are stepping backwards instead of progressing under the Harper Regime.  More prisons,  do away with meaningful census forms, can the long gunregistry which have been used daily by the police forces of our land, proroguing parliament when it suits,  electorial irregularities in the last fed. elections...it's a long list, by the time Harper is done you won't recognise Canada!
