Did SGF management just slap us in the face again?

Did SGF management just slap us in the face again?

It sure looks like significant (material?) information was provided to a limited # of people at a non public meeting. I might be right, I might be wrong.  An official news release (or sufficient time) could demonstrate the truth either way.  It's too bad our leader seems to leave the majority of shareholders in the dark and prefers to let "time" answer our simple questions.
I have thought about this latest management "blunder?" for a few days and have come to an uncomfortable realization.  This is JMHO and it is based on how I feel we have been treated for over 5 years now.  If this was the first time I felt wronged by our SGF leader, I would probably file it quietly in the back of my mind.  It isn't the first time our leader has failed to properly communicate with his shareholders IMO.  So what do I think took place in Tisdale? I honestly feel the SGF team is intelligent enough to not make a mistake like this, so they had to have had discussions and planning about what they were going to say and what they were not going to say.  They know there is a small group of shareholders who are already unhappy with their poor communication yet they performed in this manner???  Ken also knows the SGSA wanted a change prior to the end of October. It looks very calculated.  I think Ken is truly laughing at the SGSA.

DYODD.  The above is simply my opinion.  I am openly unhappy with Ken and the leadership he has provided for 5+ years.
