P.S. Why you're wasting time with a disgruntle shareholder who says he can't stand managment but still owns the stock is beyond me. How many stocks do you think the smart money buys when they dislike mgmt-zero. That's how you should treat whatever Bob Goldn or whoever this person is - like a zero.
