wow out of the blue new rights offering.  I guess it's better than a bought deal at these prices because at least current shareholders and long term beleivers can buy in and continue with their same ownership interest.

on the negaive side, it's still more shares and we still wait for exploraiton success to change the course of our future.

good and bad but more good for long term shareholders
