RE: BC and QH on Geology

RE: BC and QH on Geology

I would like to comment on this if you dont mind, this coming from someone with a great deal of time spent in the exploration industry. This is in fact an old inco drill target, and they completed a number of holes. Yes Northquest had high grade sections that boosted overall long intercepts. All true,  HOWEVER:

Inco also had some very encouraging intercepts and did not drill deep.

Low grade bulk tonnage gold deposits are much more profitable at todays gold prices. example last time in Atikokan Ontario, I talked with the office  manager about their Hammond Reef gold deposit. Bulk tonnage at correct if Im wrong but 0.75 g/ton gold thats less than one gram per ton.

1 to 2 g/t Au bulk tonnage deposits are very profitable nowadays. Dont be fooled by grade.

Inco hit many a hole with wide intercepts of 1g plus gold. Not to mention some higher intervals. We also have the man that was there with Inco onboard. If it was written off, why would Mr Carr be involved ? Inco drilled along a strike length of around 250 m with highly encouraging (SHALLOW) results. Inco drilled smaller core than Northquest ! Larger core has yielded  better results.

Northquest had 7-8 m of 2.4 oz/t Au in hole 9.. They have many 4-5 m intervals of high grade gold in holes 9, 10, 11, 12.

Some of the holes I believe are around 75 % of true width. These are monster intervals. 125-150 true width intervals. High grade zones at depth that Inco never discovered. It has tremendous potential to host a monster low grade bulk tonnage gold deposit. Perhaps they will hit high grade over great widths at depth, you never know.

Northquest posted the old inco drilling on their website before, its not hard to find via google.Inco pistol bay and there it was. so they werent trying to hide that. Also Northquest posted all drill logs and sample descriptions of Holes 9-12, where anyone with knowledge could go and complete their DD. And as it has been stated, Im sure the folks who kicked in 5 million have done their homework. Northquest has held up nicely in this recent gold pullback. Hasnt it ? I for one were extremely impressed with the pictures of core. There is a chance that NQ could pullback if results are what the markets are looking for, however I think in the long run they will block out a huge resource similar to Meladiane trend to the north. Nice looking rocks on the Northquest website, that is for sure. EOM
