That is a uneccessary pessimistic analysis that strays from facts...i'm not advocating perfection but i do have to emphasize the world class quality of the project...i'm not a fan of how they have carried on with "last steps" of the business plan and that perhaps contributes to "assumptions" in regards to the quality of the project but i do not share those "concerns"....i trust my due diligence which is as good as a "forensic due diligence"......this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions
