Just a wag here but they just secured 100 percent of Belleterre and I like what they got here but an acquisition/merger might come with a future reverse split for new ownership? All that financing has to be drying up as no warrants have been in the money. They need serious cash to continue developing (not the cheap dime stuff) as the stock price is below the standards of a Venture financing.

They have too much of a good thing here to go bust but anything is possible. I think there will be a new partner/owner with a possible reverse split? I would wait for the fallout here first. They have a great project, they just need better management without the 5 cent financing.
