I wouldn't give any stock more than a 5% premium for the hope that it might get bought out.  Too intangible.  Instead, I'm just taking the company statement as a murky kind of guidance, that the company's prospects are ok.  It's not surprising that some investors would sell it off after the nice rally it's had.  I still think it's worth at least in the mid $4 range without any spectacular growth news, but we'll know better when earnings come out.  This could have a great deal of upside, and is my second favourite story, after Mart Resources.   Good Luck
