When Lumina gets sold (I have to say when because that is the whole purpose of Lumina's existence, it only exists to be sold) then the two JV'd claims must be part of the deal.

CCD is currently cash rich due to a number of recent private placements to raise funding for exploration. That can go a long way towards exploring the rest of Salta's Taca Taca claims.

CCD has already sealed deals on several JVs with interesting mining companies and there are more to come.  LCC is not CCD's only JV partner but LCC is currently the most high-profile JV partner because of its shareprice success over the last couple of years. Although Gold Fields did have a higher profile in the distant past.

If LCC's suitor only takes over Lumina's claims (including the two JV'd claims) that will mean that CCD will have to look for another suitor for its remaining Taca Taca claims. Either an outright buyer or as a JV. But I think that whoever buys Lumina's claims will also inevitably buy CCD's claims at some point even if not concurrently with Lumina's takeover.

CCD has a bright future that will shine well after Lumina has been taken over and assimilated.
