RE: CEC

RE: CEC

Good post dusty51.  Hopefully the BC government whomeve that will be after the elections next May, will reason with the majority who want this project to go through.

From what I understand, the application is not being rushed in order to get it to passed prior to the elections, instead it is being thoroughly processed in order to address all possible environmental and safety issues.

None of the minority extremists who call themselves environmentalists are seeing this, just like their not commenting on what damage has been caused by the iron dumping by the First Nations village.

Apparently, the Raven effects them more than the environmental damage the iron dumping has caused.  The iron dumping doesn't cause extra traffic in their backyard, and doesn't delay their daily commute to work.

I have no concern with who ever is in power after next May elections in BC.  Whoever it is will see that what CEC is doing is well within EA regulations and guidelines, and is what the majority wants.  After all, it's the majority that will help them win the election in BC.  atb
