My understanding is that when a stock is trading under .50, the actual bid and ask is one half of what appears which makes the bid 500k.

 

Regardless, with 200 million plus shares outstanding, it would require another 100 million plus shares obtained for a takeover.

I suspect this bid is a speculatory bid expecting the price to reach .06 again for a tidy profit.
