Well, that could very well happen. The Woodstock Manganese deposit is the only one of its kind in North America. No other Manganese deposits exist in N.A... And Manganese is a critical metal.
U.S. and Canada depend 100% on imports from China for EMM.
Let's see what kind of a deal they came up with... If any...
