I definitely do NOT know when caps should be applied. My opinion on Rubicon was that no they should not be applied but the bulk sample proved that opinion to be wrong. No idea about CM.

 

Before booking your ticket to that warm sunny beach, you might want to wait and see what Snowden has to say about the drill results from the twinned holes specifically and the overall resource estimate generally.  Remember how excited most everyone was when on August 13th when the full PG report was released then the lunch bag let down. Filet Migno might be on the menu but what will be served depends on chef Snowden.
