No, you weren't the only one.  I did too. 

Let me see if I can recap the meeting:

"We spent ourselves off of a cliff, again.  We know we've diluted the shares into the ground, but we will need to do it again because we won't get the remainder of the money we want to borrow because the lender says we didn't comply with the terms of the contract.  We didn't comply, but we think they're just being obtuse.  We have little chance of obtaining revenue in the short run but will continue to spend money we don't have on doing everything but obtaining revenue."

I'll bet Mr. Ego over at Richmont would love to loan Strike the money.  Doe anyone remember Patricia Mining?
