Metals--That is old news. Hard to believe the 8-k filing postd at the yahoo finance site is not accurate. Rye Path is probably waiting for Friday afternoon to roll around. That is the preferred time slot to release bad news.

Rye Patch appears to be in disarray. They were flush with cash in early January, and now 10 months later the stock price is much lower, even with firm gold prices. You could ague that the Venture is much lower too, but that would be saying, in effect, we're just another loser penny stock.

They had all the time in the world to work on things that had no impact on the stock price, and only just recently did they start core drilling at GGP and Patty.
