Keep in mind this is a quarterly report so the weighted number of shares over the quarter should be used.  Since the new shares and dilution was late in the quarter, I do not see much effect until Q4 when they will need to be fully accounted.  Therefore, expect Q3 to be moderately higher than expected and Q4 be a tough beat quarter over quarter.  However, as I said several times, I am not investing in SAND/SSL for this or next quarter but for 1-3-5 years plus.  No stock goes staight up; howerer, Sandstorm chart should continue to move from the lower left to the upper right.  I want to be there for the ride and will continue to add SAND and STTYF shares on any pullbacks.  GL
